Elastoplast mainly uses the extrusion process to process materials.
This methodology allows cast and blow film to be produced.
Our products
The characteristics of SEBS make it particularly comfortable, with high tear resistance, superior UV and ozone stability, and it is odourless.
The new SEBS has been specifically developed to produce an extremely fine sheet.
Among other things, it can be co-extruded with other polyolefins such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) for the production of multi-level films and bonds perfectly with other materials.

Description
It is a thermoplastic extomer with a SEBS base, for the production of elastic films. This is a new, niche application using the novel bubble extrusion process. This new material results in the formation of a very thin elastic film characterised by high softness and transparency, with excellent springback and high tear resistance.
